What is the difference between Day-of Coordination and Wedding Planning?
Day-of Coordination involves my assistance exclusively on the day of your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. Wedding Planning, on the other hand, includes my services throughout your entire wedding planning journey, from start to finish.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. If you need to reschedule and the new date is within six months of your original planned date, I will accommodate the change at no additional cost. If the new date is beyond six months and still available, a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations.
Do you have a second coordinator?
Yes, I have contracted coordinators available to assist on-site as needed.
Will you be at the rehearsal or rehearsal dinner?
If your rehearsal is on a Thursday, I will gladly attend for a $100 add-on fee (unless you’ve purchased the Blissfully Ever After package, where it’s included). If the rehearsal is on a Friday, I may not be able to confirm my availability until one month prior due to the possibility of another wedding.
What happens if I need you outside of our contracted time?
If I am available, I can arrive early or stay late for an additional fee.
Can you accommodate cultural or themed weddings?
Absolutely! Share your vision with me, and I’ll work to bring it to life in a way that reflects your unique style and traditions.
Do you offer payment plans?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before your wedding day. You are welcome to pay in increments, as long as the full amount is paid by the two-week deadline.
Do you handle emergencies on the wedding day?
Yes! I am fully prepared to handle any unforeseen circumstances to ensure your wedding goes as smoothly as possible. If something doesn’t go to plan, I’ll address it discreetly so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
Can you coordinate destination weddings?
Yes! I have experience coordinating weddings in various locations and can assist with travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and local logistics.
How involved will I be in the planning process?
That’s entirely up to you! I can take the lead while keeping you updated, or we can work together closely on every detail.
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
Additional fees may apply for travel, accommodations, or special requests. These will be discussed during our consultation and clearly outlined in your contract.
Can you accommodate last-minute weddings?
Yes! I’m happy to assist with last-minute weddings, depending on my availability. Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your needs.
